I have to do a project in anatomy about iron deficiency anemia. We have to include the various blood tests she would have such as WBC count and platelet count and the results. Any ideas? I've always just done powerpoints and would like to do something more original but I'm having a hard time thinking of anything.
I'm not in medical school. It's just a high school anatomy class, it's not a specific division it's more of a broad overview.

Maybe you could do a graph?
What division are you in?  Are you in medical school?

interacting with the class always works, asking them what they think iron deficiency is etc, this engaged the audience and tends to bring more attention to your speech?
maybe look up stories, on people who live with iron deficiency?
or perhaps do role plays?
present a video off youtube?
