Can I calculate source power from voltage calculated from norton's circuit?

Why not? Surely. Thevenin and Norton are equivalents. the Norton current source has Rth in shunt whereas thevenin equivalent is a voltage source (= Norton current*Rth), in series with Rth.
A 1 amp in shunt with 10 ohms is equivalent to 10V in series with 10 ohms..
