Are skin cells prokaryotes or eukaryote cells ? Why ?

One major difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells is that eukaryotic cells have a nucleus and prokaryotic cells do not. Your skin cells have a nucleus therefore they are eukaryotic.

I agree with the answer above you. However, there is more differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes than that though. Another example is eukaryotes have many more organelles than prokaryotes (i.e mitochondria, chloroplast, etc).

Skin cells are eukaryotic, because prokaryotic are only found in bacteria.
