eukaryotic cells are very complex and have things like a distinct nucleus, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum.

prokayotic are the opposite.

none,penicillin is actually an antibiotic derived from a fungus named penicillium notatum which is a eukaryote(all the organisms are eukaryotes except bacteria and cyanobacteria)
