 At rest, a patient's stroke volume is measured to be approximately 80mL. Using a pulse, his heart rate was found to be 70 beats/min. What is this patient's cardiac output (CO) at rest?

CO=HR x SV = 70beats/ min x 80ml = 5600ml/min = 5.6 L/min
