There are certain criteria for whether a not a population is at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, such as random mating, no mutation, no natural selection, no migration, and large population size etc. Is one of these requirements that the number of males and females must be the same? Or very nearly the same, or does this not matter?
Definitely not talking about the God utility function. trust me. I know what I'm talking about
