i need the genotypes and the phenotypes for the offspring with heterozygous parents with blood type a (mom) and blood type b (dad).

3 alleles:  I(A), I(B) and i(o).  I(A) and I(B) are co-dominant, and both are dominant to i(o).
Heterozygous type A = I(A)i(o)
Heterozygous type B = I(B)i(o)

So, offspring:
1/4 I(A)I(B) = AB type
1/4 I(B)i(o) = B type
1/4 I(A)i(o) = A type
1/4 i(o)i(o) = O type
