I need help with a research project and the internet isn't really answering any of my questions. I need to know any limiting factors associated with a fresh water biome, any recent changes with this biome, threats to this biome, and value of this biome to humans. Any answers or hints will be much appreciated Slight Smile thanks

Pollution from runoff is causing algal blooms that suck up the oxygen in bodies of fresh water.

Chemical runoff is killing wildlife and causing cancer in humans

 Insecticides are killing wildlife

Invasive species (zebra mussel, Asian carp, purple loosetrife, phragmites among others ) are competing with, and often displacing native species, wrecking havoc with local biodiversity
