Tried searching literature for toxicity mechanisms etc of molybdenum and selenium but to no avail. Help needed!

Well, they are heavy metals. Heavy metals are potent free radicals and disrupters of human health. It leads to metal toxicity.

Yes I understand that but I'm just looking for something a bit more specific. There is lots of literatuere on mechanisms of toxicity for copper, cobalt, nickle etc but when it comes to molybdenum and selenium I can hardly find any.
