tau = 1 / sqrt( 1- v^2/c^2) = 1/ sqrt ( 1 - 0.333c^2/ c^2) = 1/ sqrt ( 0.667) = 1.22

you can figure out the rest.

t ' = t / [sqrt(1 - v^2/c^2)]

Substituting V = 1/3c

t' = t / [sqrt (1 - 1/9)]
t' = t/ 0.9428

t = (20.3 lightyears)/(1/3 c) = 60.9 years

t' = (60.9 years)/
So t = (0.9428)(60.9) = 57.417 years
