Imagine if you had super hearing but could only hear whatever noises your body makes (a very useful superpower). What would that sound like?

You'd hear a whole lot of drainage (arteries, veins). You'd hear pumping coming from the heart, and you'd hear the sound of electricity coming from your nerves and your brain.

ever put your ear to a sea shell and u hear the "ocean"? thats actually the blood in your head circulating. So if you had super hearing you would probably hear that "ocean" sound x20. itd be like constant white noise. as well as loud intestinal noises and probably the constant drum of your heart. itd be really annoying and not fun

Both ideas are equally valid, you'd also hear constant popping from the joints.
