Mitosis:
Separation of sister chromatid occur. And mitosis oly undergoes one anaphase so it will only separate once that is sister chromatid. Mitosis will produce 2 daughter cell withe same sets of chromosomes as the parent.

Meiosis:
During anaphase 1, separation of homologous chromosome occurs. After the completion of this process, it will produce two daughter cell with the same set of chromosome. During anaphase 2, separation of sister chromatid occurs. Final product of the whole meiosis product is 4 daughter cell with half the number of set of chromosome compare to the parent cell.
