Could doing this every day help me lose 50 lbs by January??? Im also on a swim team and we practice 5 times per week. I weigh 250 lbs and i want to weigh 200...Any tips are welcome

I would actually recommend eating the actual pomegranate fruit if you can, has all that same power in the juice, plus all that good fiber and such. Or maybe juice before, and the fruit after the exercise as a snack.

But 50 by Jan? That's kinda fast/unhealthy. I think you COULD, but it'd be dangerous for your health I think :/
