The wavelength is 479.2 nm.
I have to find radial velocity, radial direction, fraction of c and the shifting of the star.
I don't want the answer, I just want the equation or the know how to get to the answer.

Find the shift of the measured wavelength compared to the absorption spectrum of the hydrogen atom at rest. Then you can use the Doppler effect to find the velocity of the star.
