Dear All,

For my dessertation I need to include a figure containing a cells image which I took a while ago with a microscope ( that I dont have access to anymore). I need to include information about the scale of the image, knowing that I have the tif original image, but no information about the microscope anymore.

Is there any possibility to get the scale from that tif image, and if yes how can i do that please?!

There isn't, you'd need to have done that using a known length such as a ruler, unfortunately. What information do you have on the picture?

Would hurt to upload it either.
