1,2,3 -- Hyperparathyroidism can cause abdominal pain, arrhythmias (which may manifest as palpitations), and hypertension (which may manifest as morning headaches). It is also associated with constipation and decreased neural and muscular activity. Diarrhea and twitching muscles are associated with hypoparathyroidism, rather than hyperparathyroidism.
