I think that the wrong answer is B,but I'm not really sure.According to my Biology book and my knowledge on the subject,in interphase we do NOT have chromosomes.We 've got chromatin fibrils.

Chromosomes include both their strands of DNA and their structural proteins so A is correct.

S phase during interphase is the synthesis step for DNA so B is correct.

Eukaryotic cells do not divide by binary fission so C is incorrect.

All cells inherit the entire genome bearing the same encoded information. What makes the difference is regulatory controls placed on the expression of this information in each cell type. D is correct.
