I was wondering if you could kill roaches by laying down blueberries that already have pesticides on them to kill them.

Probably not. The pesticides on those blueberries aren't going to kill them, unless maybe they ate a WHOLE lot of blueberries, which I doubt they would. Just like us, sure pesticides effect our health over a long period of exposure from eating fruit and veggies everyday, but I doubt a roach is going to even live long enough to be exposed to enough of the pesticides to die from it.
