A parallel-plate capacitor initially has Mylar between its plates and carries charge ±Q. A different dielectric is then inserted between the plates without changing the charge. If the energy stored in the capacitor decreases to 33% of its initial value, what is the value of ? for the dielectric?

The dielectric constant for Mylar is 3.2 so the new dielectric is 33% of that. C=kA/d
