1,2,4 -- Often intracranial aneurysms are asymptomatic until rupture but patients can complain of headache and eye pain, and have visual deficits and a dilated pupil. Nausea and vomiting and stiff neck are not usually associated with the prodromal manifestations of an intracranial aneurysm, but may occur with leaking or rupture.
