Use the following equations to find maximum emf.
maximum emf=NABw
w=2pief, where f = frequency in Hz

19. A generator consists of 10.0 turns of wire, and each turn has an area of 0.095m^2. If a maximum emf of 1.2 x 10^2 V is induced when the coil rotates with a frequency of 60.0 Hz, what is the strenght of the magnetic field?

120 = 10 * 0.095 * 2 * pi * 60 * B = 0.335 T

E=nabW

N=10
A=0.095M^2
E=1.2*10^2
F=60 Hz

B=?

SUBSTITUTING ALL THE GIVEN VALUES IN THE FORMULA AND TAKING B (MAGNETIC FIELD )
TO ONE SIDE AND EVALUATING THE OTHERS....

                      1.2*10^2=10*0.095*B*2*3.14*60

       (1.2*100)
    ____________                   =B
     0.95*2*3.14*60

             120
          ___________        = B
          0.95*6.28*60

                        2
                 _________   =B
                  0.95*6.28
