"A motor unit is made up of a motor neuron and the skeletal muscle fibers innervated by that axon. Groups of motor units often work together to coordinate the contractions of a single muscle. Each motor unit contains many muscle fibers."
If you are reading this, you are awesome, and I wish you a happy and prosperous day!

A motor unit consists of all of the skeletal muscle fibers controlled by a single motor neuron. They may have as few as 10 fibers (eye muscles) or as many as 10,000 (back muscles).
Don't forget to give me a thumbs up!
