Phylum annelida includes classes:
 -clitellata - earthworms, leeches
 -Polychaeta - bristle/marine worms

The diagnostic features you have listed are correct. A few others are:
-Many have chaetae/setae (not leeches) for movement
-Peristaltic movement
-some have cutting jaws for cutting tissue
-Clitellata = Hermaphrodites
-Polychaeta = external fertilisation (release of eggs and sperm)

Their bodies are divided into segments.

The rest of the points can be applied to other worms but annelids are the only ones with segmented bodies.
