Describe a situation where the recessive allele may be an advantage.  What would happen to the allele frequencies in this environment?

The dominant allele could code for an unfavorable phenotype.  Recessive homozygotes would then have an advantage in natural selection.  This frequently happens with diseases that are dominant but "rare."  In this environment, the allele frequencies would favor the recessive allele due to, again, natural selection.

Huntington's Disease is an example of a dominant condition that would fit all of these things I just described.
