11% of the total GDP is spend on health in Canada. However, it is 17% in the US. Why does Canada spend less than the US?

A. Because Americans want to spend more on military expenditures.

B. Because the Canadian healthcare system is more economically efficient than the American system.

C. Because Americans are healthier

D. Because Canadians want to spend more on military expenditures

I believe it has to do with military spending. It's not a matter of Americans wanting to spend more, it's a decision made by the American government more so.

I think its B because GDP depends on the population as well and canada's pop is smaller than us so then ovi USA would have a higher GDP but it wouldn't result in spending more means better quality since the pop is much larger too in US.
