im going to have my first unknown bacteria test in Microbiology, we have to make 1.gram test, 2.acidfast test and 3.endospore test. I know the steps to perform, but how do I know if each of the test was negative or positive?
What should I actually see under the microscope, how many results are possible for each one?
I'm so confused about this. Plseas help

in geram test 2 result is possible, two colors: red geram positive, violete geram negetive.
in endospore test you will see just colorless ellipses or circules into violete bacteria.
