A) spread the action potential through the T tubules
B) bind to the troponin complex, which leads to the exposure of myosin binding sites
C) reestablish the polarization of plasma membrane followin and action potential
D)transmit the action potential across the neuromuscular junction
E)break the cross bridges as a cofactro in the hydrolysis ATP

I think the answer would be B...because when the calcium attaches to the troponin it causes the tropomyosin-troponin configuration to change, therefore allowing the myosin head to attach to the binding site on actin.

I don't think it's calcium that does this, more like sodium or potassium, one or the other. Calcium is known to bind to troponin; that's why I guessed C.

C is the correct answer as Ca2+ bind to troponin during muscle contraction.
