E = MC2

Energy has charges (positive and negative),

When I hold a cup on my hand, my cup (100g) should be a large amount of energy, why do those energy not affect my body at all?

Is there any existing theory explaining this issue?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
