1. requires added energy from ATP. It is definitely not the others. It is endocytosis.  It requires energy because the cell is usually building up necessary materials from the outside.  In antiport, one substance is being moved in the opposite direction of another material being simultaneously moved across the membrane, using each others' energy. In symport, 2 materials are being moved in the same direction at the same time.
