post lab for activity 7

1. explain  the relationship between the load attachment to a skeletal muscl and the inital velocity of skeletal muscle shortening?

2. explain why it will take you longer to perform ten repetitions lifting 20-pounds than it would to perform the same number of repetitons with a 5-pound weight?

As the weight of the load increases, the initial velocity to move the weight decreases.

This is because a heavier weight will have a slower velocity for the repetitions, so it will take you longer to repeat the same number of repetitions of a heavier weight.
