What is an alter's quiz?

Alter is the last-name of an author of a textbook. So the asker is referring to fourth quiz that is offered by the textbook. Unfortunately I don't have it, but feel free to ask questions based on the quiz, I'll help answer them.
- Master of Science in Biology
- Bachelor of Science

Awesome  Grinning Face

But i attempted to take my quiz four last night before my computer shut down on me and i think the quiz is different than the one you've posted. The first question was about "epithelium" and then it cut off, which is different than your first question. I get to go in and try again so we'll see.
