You have successfully cloned gene RA into your chosen vector.  What can you now do with gene RA? (Mark all that apply)

1. Sequence gene RA to determine if there are any mutations in the original organism
2. Transform plasmid into bacteria and investigate RNA splicing
3. Mutate gene RA to determine specific amino acids that are critical to protein function
4. Transform plasmid into bacteria and isolate translated RA protein
5. Conjugate plasmid into bacteria and isolate gene RA transcribed RNA

All applications which you mentioned are right. There are other applications that could be mentioned like:
- Transer the plasmid into bacteria to study the expression og gene in different medium

- Genetic transformation of plants using particle bombardment to transfer the plasmid and gene into genome
