The molecular geometry of IF4+ is seesaw. The electron pair geometry will be trigonal bipyramidal. If you were to draw the Lewis structure of the compound, the Iodine atom will be surrounded by the four Flourine atoms. To give it the overall + charge, the Iodine atom will need a lone pair of electrons. So when you search up a chart on molecular geometry, 4 bonding groups + 1 lone pair = seesaw.
