Aneurysm.

Description
(a) A normal abdominal aorta, a large abdominal aortic aneurysm, and a dissecting aneurysm that has tunneled between and separated the atherosclerotic plaque from the artery wall. (b) This aneurysm is in an artery in the brain. Arteriography was performed, and the arteriogram shows contrast dye outlining the bulging aneurysm.
