Description
Neck and Occipital Ridge. Apply thumb compression across the area at the base of the big toe. One hand stabilizes the toes, while the thumb of the opposite hand applies pressure. Bend the toe into the thumb for added pressure. Eases tension and improves blood and nerve supply in the neck and head. (May be repeated beneath each toe between the neck and diaphragm guidelines for greater coverage.) Reflex: Neck, Occipital Ridge, Head
