  a. create a reasonable doubt in the minds of your fellow jurors than it is to convince them that there is noreasonable doubt.
 b. convince fellow jurors to change their votes from not guilty to guilty than it is to convince them to change fromguilty to not guilty.
 c. persuade a fellow juror using normative social influence than it is to do so using informational social influence.
  d. change the minds of fellow jurors when deliberating on a civil trial versus a criminal trial.
