In remembering your past achievement experiences for the exercises in Chapter 5 of Career Direction, you are encouraged to identify and study:
 
  a) activities you are not good at in order to learn from your mistakes.
  b) things you have done wrong so you won't repeat them.
  c) things other people have done correctly so you can imitate them and do things right the first time.
  d) activities you have done right and felt good about.
