it typically comes from sexual contact; that is why hepatitis B is called an STD (Sexually transmitted disease). It also comes from sharing needles also. If you are a young guy, continue exercising, eating healthy (don't eat too much fatty food and make sure the food is cooked), don't drink alcohol (never drink alcohol anymore), and see a specialist doctor for the liver only.
