A viral suspension was serially diluted and 1ml of each dilution was added to a cell monolayer. The mixture was then incubated at 37 degrees Celsius and the number of plagues were counted:

10^-4: Too many to count
10^-5: Too many to count
10^-6: 50
10^-7: 8
10^-8: 2

What is the infectivity of the original suspension?
If you have a container with 20million cells, how much virus suspesion must you add to get an MOI of 0.1?
