So, Brown (B) is dominant to White (b).  That would mean there are 2 genotypes for Brown (Bb and BB).  These two genotypes result in a brown coat colour (1 phenotype).  There is only one genotype for the white coat colour because it is recessive: bb.  This genotype results in a white coat colour (1 phenotype).  

So, there are basically two phenotypes in total (brown and white).

So, the best choice that answers your question is A
