uni as in university? A lot.

Research in almost anything related to science. Process engineer. Chemical Analyst. Consulting. Any kind of energy: solar, petroleum, oil. Mathematical modeling. Chemical Engineering is the most versatile engineering field, so you can pretty much fit into anything depending on the technical electives you decide to take later on. Chemistry is also very general, so you can pretty much do anything. The only thing that you can't do that falls in the math/science category is computer science and maybe electrical engineering.
