Do you think that muscles are always at the same temperature

considering the phases at temperature of 0 degrees, 40 degress and 25 degress during the frog gatrocnemius experiment

Depending on the amount of work being exerted by the muscle, the temperature can fluctuate. During cellular respiration, heat in the form of infrared is released, and vasodilation, which amplifies the level of blood to the affected area increases too.
