So last January I got a kidney infection and it got so bad that I went septic. Is it more likely that I will get another one since i've already gotten an infection once?

I am not completely sure, I have had several kidney infections in my 40 years but I do not have them frequently. one of the best things you can do is drink plenty of water to help keep your kidneys flushed and cleaned out of bacteria Also make sure when you go to the bathroom to completely empty your bladder, not doing so can cause another infection.
