Sucrose is not permeable, special case. Rate of diffusion doesn't change.

osmosis is the movement of water from an area of high concentration to a low concentration, so if you add sugar in a dialysis bag, water from the outside will move into the dialysis bag. hypothetically, the higher te sugar concentration in the bag, the move water will flow into it, until it reaches equilibrium.
