Both make sure that living organisms to not get to the plant, is that right? Are pesticides antibiotics or vise-versa?

Pesticide is a generic term that can be used for a number of different chemistries including fungicides, insecticides, nematicides, etc.  Antibiotics work only on bacteria.  So all antibiotics would be pesticides, but not all pesticides would be antibiotics.
