E = hv = hc/?

where h = 6.626 X 10^-34 J-s
v = frequency
c = velocity of light = 3 X 10^8 m/s
? = 355 nm = 355 X 10^-9 m

putting the values...

E = 6.626 X 10^-34 X 3 X 10^8 / (355 X 10^-9) = 1.988 X 10^-25 / (355 X 10^-9) = 5.6 X 10^-19 j
