Suppose that someone can describe an object fairly accurately but stumbles and fumbles when try to walk toward it and pick it up. It is safe to assume that this person has suffered damage to the dorsal visual pathway (also called the "where" pathway)

The dorsal visual pathway is responsible for action and spatial vision, it is responsible for processing what a certain object is, including the identity of a face.
