What is the neurophysiological basis for the gluytamate theory?
 
  a. Reduced glutamate blocks receptors for serotonin and norepinephrine, triggering anxiety and hallucinations
  b. Hyperactive NMDA activity stimulates formation of abnormal connections within the brain
  c. Reduced NMDA activity triggers increase in glutamate and subsequent reductions in dopamine
  d. Disordered connectivity between the frontal and parietal lobe blocks the release of glutamate, rendering the negative feedback systems of the limbic system inoperative.
