A client receiving haloperidol calls urgently to the nurse and reports that his eyes have rolled up-ward and he cannot redirect his gaze.

The nurse reassures the client that she will obtain medication that will correct this phenomenon, and she contacts the physician to seek an order for:
  1. Fluphenazine (Prolixin)
  2. Citalopram (Celexa)
  3. Benztropine (Cogentin)
  4. Risperidone (Risperdal)
