A is allele for enzyme involved in making melanin and a is the allele that codes for the inactive form of the enzyme. Albinism is observed in an individual with two non-functional copies of the enzyme.

a.) What is the genotype of an individual not showing albinism? A/A or A/a is my answer

b.) You have a mouse model for albinism. how can you determine if a particular mouse not showing albinism is a carrier for the disease?

I am stuck on B... please help!
